VOICED : Equipo infantil de Jiu jitsu deja favela y va a juego olimpico

A group of Brazilian children and teenagers are excited to attend a sports event at the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro. They are part of a jiu-jitsu team trained by the UPP, a social project aimed at reducing drug trafficking in favelas. The UPP has helped lower aggression levels since its inception. The children are thrilled to attend the Olympics, an opportunity made possible by the police securing 2,500 tickets for social programs. The UPP operates in 264 favelas, benefiting over 6,000 children through 142 free social projects. Many children are surprised by the experience, viewing the Olympics as an event for the wealthy.
