CLEAN : Mexico arrests Juarez drug cartel leader

Federal forces, led by the Policía Federal, arrested Vicente Carrillo Fuentes in Torreón. He was the leader of a criminal group active in various regions, particularly in Chihuahua, since 1997 after his brother's death. The Mexican government offered a 30 million peso reward for his capture, while the U.S. offered 5 million dollars. His organization contributed to making Juárez one of the world's most violent cities, resulting in numerous deaths.
