CLEAN : New York Mayor: blast was intentional but no clear terror link

Officers on patrol witnessed an explosion on West 23rd St. They called for additional units and ambulances. The cause of the explosion is under investigation, with no current evidence of a terror connection. There were 29 injuries, one serious, but none life-threatening. Most injured were transported to hospitals.
