VOICED : Cataratas del Iguazú registran caudal 10 veces mayor al habitual

The Iguazú Falls experienced a water flow nearly ten times the usual rate due to heavy rains in Paraná, Brazil. This led to the closure of tourist pathways on both the Brazilian and Argentine sides. The Civil Defense of Paraná reported severe flooding affecting 24 municipalities, displacing over 1,200 people and damaging nearly 400 homes. The water flow recorded was the highest since June 2014. Despite a high flow in June of this year, park circuits remained open.
