Electromagnetic radiation

Electromagnetic radiation consists of components that oscillate perpendicular to each other. It includes light, radio waves, microwaves, and X-rays, differing in wave frequencies. Despite its wave-like behavior, electromagnetic radiation also exhibits particle-like properties, traveling in discrete packets known as photons.
