VOICED : Mascaras sagradas vuelven a sus tribus

Over 20 sacred masks are being returned to their native tribes after being auctioned in Paris. The Annenberg Foundation purchased these masks, valued at over half a million dollars, to return them to the indigenous communities. These masks hold religious significance and are considered living beings by the tribes. Despite legal attempts by Survival International to halt the auction, the French court dismissed the case. Most masks belong to the Opi tribe in Arizona, marking a significant cultural restoration for the Amerindian communities.
