VOICED : Ucrania ataca prorrusos en el este

The Ukrainian army launched an offensive in eastern Ukraine, taking control of positions near Slavyansk, a separatist stronghold. Several insurgents were killed in the clashes. Slavyansk and other eastern cities have been under pro-Russian rebel control. The separatist leader ordered civilians to evacuate. Russian President Vladimir Putin warned Kiev of consequences if force is used against civilians. U.S. President Barack Obama blamed Russia for the failure of a Geneva agreement aimed at reducing tensions.
