VOICED : Bulgaria extraditara amigo de hermanos Kouachi

Bulgarian authorities have decided to extradite Fidjoli Joachim, a French national of Haitian origin, to France. Joachim is known to have connections with the Kouachi brothers, who were responsible for the January 7 attack in Paris. Although he admits knowing the brothers, he denies any involvement in the attack. The extradition is set to occur within 24 hours, and French prosecutors will need to prove charges of involvement in organized crime for terrorist activities. Joachim was arrested at the Bulgarian-Turkish border with three others, suspected of links to Zahid Kouachi. He was detained in Bulgaria due to a prior arrest warrant for taking his child without authorization. There are suspicions that Joachim intended to travel to Syria.
