VOICED : Decenas de muertos en ataque contra estación de ciudad ucraniana de Kramatorsk

EU's Josep Borrell also condemned the attack, accusing Moscow of blocking civilian evacuation routes. The Russian Defense Ministry denied involvement, calling Ukrainian claims false provocations. The Kremlin consistently denies responsibility for civilian deaths in Ukraine, where it launched a major military offensive on February 24.
