VOICED : Venezuela e Iran firman acuerdo de cooperacion economica

Venezuela and Iran announced a new economic cooperation agreement during Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif's visit to Caracas. Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro stated that Iranian investments will aid Venezuela's economic recovery. Central banks of both countries signed an undisclosed document. Venezuela will assume the presidency of the Non-Aligned Movement from Iran in September. Zarif concluded his Latin America tour with this visit. The relationship between Venezuela and Iran has been strengthened through various agreements during the leadership of Hugo Chávez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
