Jack Warner, former FIFA vice president, has been banned for life from football activities due to continuous unethical conduct. The decision follows an investigation into the World Cup bidding process for 2018 and 2022. Warner is the second FIFA official, after Chuck Blaser, to receive a lifetime ban amid a major corruption scandal involving FIFA executives, including Joseph Blatter, who is under investigation by Swiss authorities. Warner is among 14 football officials and businessmen arrested for accepting $150 million in bribes and kickbacks since the early 1990s.
