In the Pantanal wetlands, Scarface, a 12-year-old male jaguar, patrols his large territory. Despite the vastness of the wetlands, his land is coveted by other jaguars. Marley, a young jaguar, challenges Scarface, having already wooed one of his females. After a tense confrontation, Marley demonstrates his superiority, and Scarface submits. Amateur photographer Mark captures this rare event, which even the expedition guide had never witnessed in 16 years. Marley celebrates his victory and begins exploring his new domain.
