VOICED : Museo acepta coleccion con obras robadas por nazis

The Museum of Fine Arts in Berne has accepted the art collection of Cornelius Gurlitt, which includes over a thousand works, some stolen by Nazis from Jewish owners. The museum will work with German authorities to return these artworks to their rightful heirs. Notable pieces include a Matisse painting stolen from Paul Rosenberg, the grandfather of journalist Anne Sinclair. Gurlitt's collection, featuring works by Picasso, Monet, and Chagall, was discovered in 2012 in his Munich apartment. Gurlitt, who died at 81, was the son of a Nazi art dealer tasked with looting art from Jewish collectors.
