What assessment should you perform before applying an ace wrap on an ankle or wrist ?

Ask you patiient if they are having any pain and if they admit to pain , what is the next question you should ask?

• How long have you had the pain?

• Where is the pain?

• Does anything help the pain?

• Can you rate the pain between 1 and 10?
