Romy and Daddy Rabbit are heading home when Romy sees his friend Partho with a balloon. Romy wants one too, and they find a balloon seller. Romy's friends Zeon, Dolbeer, and Chitra each choose different balloons. Romy struggles to decide between a dolphin and a clownfish but finally picks a purple dolphin. A gust of wind causes Dolbeer's balloon to fly away, but Daddy Rabbit buys another one for him.
