When a conflict arises, the group dynamic will change.  It is important to take action right away.  Get the group to stop working for a moment.  Have everyone recognize there is a problem.  A simple yet effective  way to do this is to ask "Can we take a second to regroup?"  Have the group identify why there is a problem (do you disagree on an answer, are you off task, etc) and then solve the problem using good group skills. What other ways have been effective for you when resolving conflict?
