SPP SERVICES:
This involves rendering full-time monitoring at the construction site to ensure that the plans and specifications prepared by the Architect-of-record (Aor) and his Engineers-of-record (Eors) are faithfully executed. The service is rendered by a Construction Supervision Group (CSG) who is responsible to the Owner for administrative matters and to the Aor for technical matters.
