I was ten years old.

Sonja: What was it about?

Dad: It was about a boy and his puppy.

Sonja: Sounds interesting! Anything

else, dad?

Dad: Well, some photos and … a

typewriter!

Sonja: What’s that? It’s so strange!

Can I touch it?

Dad: Of course. You can type with it.

You just put the paper in, then

you touch the letters. Go on, try it!

Sonja: Wow! It’s fun. It’s different from

my computer, but I like it!
