When are you allowed to pass out testing login tickets and post the session ID?

• As students arrive in the testing room.
• When the "say directions" and procedures in the test administrator manual instruct you to do so.
• Wait? You gave me testing tickets?

What are the procedures for passing out materials?

• You can place all scratch paper and reference materials on desks before students arrive in the room.
• You must provide scratch paper for math assessments and as requested for other assessments.
• You can remind and expect all students to use scratch paper for testing strategies.

ALL testing tickets and session IDs must be accounted for and returned to the testing coordinator. (Session IDs would need to be erased from board.) In order to prevent a procedural accounting irregularity, what are the campus expectations when leaving the room?

• Just guess and hope that you have everything.
• Click your heels three times and say "There's no place like home."
• This ain't my first rodeo. I can remember all the things all the time.
• Use the checklist provided by the CTC to ensure you have completed all tasks before leaving the testing environment for lunch, relocation, or returning materials.
