1. What are slurs?

• Slurs are signs over or under a note or rest which means to pause on the note or rest.

• Slurs are time values with the same pitch.

•  slurs are articulation signs indicated by a curved line that connects notes of

  different pitch.

• Slurs are accidentals:(the sharp-# , flat-(b) and natural (G) signs.
