1. Legislative power shall be vested in Philippine Congress

2. A Representative in Philippine Congress can serve for more than three consecutive terms.

3. Through synchronized elections, 24 senators are elected every three (3) years.

4. By a vote of two-thirds of both Houses in joint session assembled, voting separately, Philippine Congress shall have the sole power to declare the existence of a state of war.

5. All cases of impeachment shall be initiated at the House of Representatives while Senate tries and shall decide on all cases.
