a)     Section 11(f) and 35 (1) of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Act

b)    Article 42(2) (o) of the Code of Regulation for Teachers 2016

c)     Explain how the legal framework supports the implementation of TPAD and PC

Activity 1.3: In Group of 4-6 discuss the Challenges experienced when appraising yourself on the Five Teaching Standards which are; Professional Knowledge and Practice, Comprehensive Learning Environment, Teacher Professional Development, Teacher Conduct and Professionalism, and Participation in a Professional Learning Community. In each, suggest how these challenges can be addressed. Use the Report Template in Table 2 to report in the plenary
