Last month, I had an amazing trip to Bali with my friends from middle school. It was my first travel experience, and I was very excited! We planned this trip for a long time, and finally, the day arrived.
We flew to Bali early in the morning. The flight was about two hours, and I could see the beautiful blue ocean from the airplane window. When we landed, the warm sun welcomed us. Bali was so beautiful! There were palm trees, beaches, and friendly people everywhere.
On the first day, we visited Kuta Beach. The sand was soft and golden. We played in the water and built sandcastles. My friend, Sarah, took many pictures of us. We laughed a lot and enjoyed the waves. In the evening, we watched the sunset. The sky turned orange and pink, and it was the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen.
The next day, we went to Ubud to see the rice terraces. The green fields were amazing! We took a lot of pictures and even tried to take a selfie with the beautiful background. After that, we visited a monkey forest. The monkeys were funny and playful. One monkey even stole my hat! It was a little scary, but also very funny.
On our last day, we went to a traditional Balinese dance performance. The dancers wore beautiful costumes, and the music was very interesting. We learned about Balinese culture, and it was fascinating.
I had so much fun on this trip. I made wonderful memories with my friends, and I will never forget my first travel experience. Bali is a magical place, and I hope to visit again someday!
