Asleep in my head there is a song.
It wakes while I am resting in my bed.
It sings its tune of mystery all night long.
When morning comes again the song has fled.
While driving on the road I take to school, 
I'm startled by the music that I hear.
To quick, the words are fading now, you fool
The song was being whispered in my ear.
My hearing's blocked, the muse has thwarted me.
The poem inside refuses to break free.
The song that once was whispered by the breeze,
