What is a saturated solution?

• A sponge with a lot of water in it

• Contains as much solute as possible at that temperature

What is Crystallisation

• Crystals formed when a warm solution is cooled

• When a hot saturated solution is cooled down some of the solute will come out of the solution and form crystals

• Consists of two or more different substances mingled together and they are chemically combined
