Aircraft documents to be carried on international flights

• Cargo manifest (P), passenger list (O), and journey log (Q)

• Passenger list and journey log

Other than documents carried for domestic trips, also required for international trips are:

• List of passengers names and cargo manifest

• Air operator certificate and notified procedures for PIC to follow if intercepted by aircraft

• List of passengers names and notified procedures for PIC to follow if intercepted by aircraft

• Cargo manifest and notified procedures for PIC to follow if intercepted by aircraft

For flights above FL490, record needs to be kept for:

• 12 consecutive months

• 10 consecutive months

• 11 consecutive months

• 6 consecutive months

Additional information not required to bring on board

• signals in the event of interception during inter-state travel

• medical equipment onboard

• details of person in custody

• medical history of flight crew

• 1 year

• Any operation in aircraft less than 5700kg
