What's wrong with this MLA formatting?

• It's double-spaced.

• The date is set up wrong.

• There are capitalization errors.

• The names are in the wrong order.

A great paragraph should be indented, left-aligned, have a topic sentence, and details. How would you rate the paragraphs?

• Excellent job, buddy!

• Very impressive, but I have a few suggestions!
