According to the Law on Entrepreneurs, business activity is:

• An organised profit-oriented activity conducted in one's own name and on a continuous basis

• Any profit-oriented activity conducted in one's own or someone else's name and on a continuous basis

• An activity generating profit conducted in one's own name and on a periodic or continuous basis

According to the Law on Entrepreneurs, an entrepreneur is:

• Only a natural person conducting business activity

• A natural person, legal person, or organisational unit that is not a legal person but has legal capacity under a separate law, conducting business activity

• A natural person, legal person, or organisational unit that is not a legal person but has legal capacity under a separate law, conducting business activity for at least a year

According to the Law on Entrepreneurs, partners in a civil partnership, in the scope of their business activity, are:

• Not recognised as entrepreneurs

• Not recognised as entrepreneurs, unless otherwise provided by law

• Recognised as entrepreneurs

According to the Law on Entrepreneurs, the provisions of this law regarding the renting of rooms, sale of home-made meals, and providing services related to tourist stays in agricultural farms by farmers

• Are applicable

According to the Law on Entrepreneurs, the provisions of this Act do not apply to:

• Production activities in agriculture

• Professional activities

A medium-sized entrepreneur is an entrepreneur who, among other things:

• Employed an average of less than 10 employees and achieved a net annual turnover from the sale of goods, products, services, and financial operations not exceeding the equivalent of 2 million euros in PLN

• Employed an average of less than 250 employees and achieved a net annual turnover from the sale of goods, products, services, and financial operations not exceeding the equivalent of 50 million euros in PLN

• Employed an average of less than 50 employees and achieved a net annual turnover from the sale of goods, products, services, and financial operations not exceeding the equivalent of 10 million euros in PLN

An enterprise as an organised set of intangible and tangible assets intended for conducting business activity refers to the concept of an enterprise

The following elements are not part of the enterprise under the Civil Code

• Business name

• Receivables

• Real estate ownership

According to the Civil Code, a legal transaction concerning an enterprise includes:

• Always everything that is part of the enterprise

• Only what is included in the transaction according to specific regulations

• Everything that is part of the enterprise, unless the legal transaction or specific regulations state otherwise
