How to Make Cupcakes

Steps:
Prepare your tools: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar: In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Add eggs: Beat in the eggs one at a time, making sure each egg is well incorporated before adding the next one.
Add vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Fill cupcake liners: Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and decorate: Let the cupcakes cool completely before adding any frosting, chocolate chips, or sprinkles to decorate.
