A cross country athlete comes into the training room. They tell they their knee is really hurting after they fell down at the meet yesterday. ​ (a)   You look at the knee and notice it is swollen. You ask the athlete to rate their pain and they say 7/10, you measure the range of motion and they are lacking over 15 degrees compared to the other knee. ​ (b)   When you perform your palpations and special test you find a lot of pain over the meniscus, lack of range of motion, and weakness. ​ (c)   You talk to the athletes mom and decide going to the doctor for further evaluation and possibly an MRI is the best idea at this time ​ (d)
