I’m a partnership where you’re safe from the mess,
Your personal assets won’t take the stress.

I’m the one who owns the shop, it’s my name on the door.
I make all the calls, and I’m always looking for more.

I lend you my cash, with trust in your word.
When you owe me a debt, my name’s often heard.

I’m a conflict of interest, between goals that don’t align,
The agent and the principal, their paths can intertwine.

I’m public and large, with stocks that you can buy,
Anyone can join in, come give it a try.
