How many people can use the restroom at a time?

When can I have my cell phone out?

• During direct instruction, when Mrs. Mercado is teaching.

• When my classmates are talking and we are trying to complete a project.

• When I am done with ALL of my classwork.

• NEVER, EXCEPT for during INDEPENDENT work to put on a playlist to listen to music and then it needs to go back in my backpack.

What should I do in order to use the restroom?

• Leave and not let anyone know where I am going.

• Create a Minga pass, quietly let Mercado know you are leaving so she can approve your Minga pass, and then put the wooden pass on my desk.

• Scream at the top of your lungs that you have to go to the restroom and go.

• Stand at the door until someone notices you and then go to the restroom.

When is classwork due?

• The next day.

• At the end of the day.

• At the end of the period.

• Sunday night at 11:59 p.m.

Am I responsible for completing classwork if I am absent?

What should I do if I am absent and want to know what I missed?

• I don't have to worry about what I missed because I will be excused from the work.

• Email Mrs. Mercado MULTIPLE times asking what I missed.

• Go to Mrs. Mercado right as she is trying to start teaching and ask her what I missed.

• Check Canvas and the agenda FIRST and then ask Mrs. Mercado if I have any questions.
