Situation: you are in the office and Peter, your co-worker, won't stop drummning on the desk

Situation: you can't hear the teacher because your classmate Tom is coughing very loudly

you say: I wish ... coughing!

Situation: you are on the train and one passenger is talking on the phone very loudly
