Mickey and Minnie each have annual tier benefits. Mickey has a 23TIER3 and Minnie has 23TIER1. They are calling in to ask if they can combine their offers to get an OS on a non-holiday sailing. What can you offer them?

John J called in and requested to book his monthly offer 23RCL702 that provides him with a comp balcony and $150 free play. After you set up the booking, John mentions that his second guest may also have an offer. His second guest, Lucy B happens to have the offer 23VAR703 that provides her with a balcony.  They would like to combine the two offers for a comp JS. What do you tell John J? 

Kyle calls in and tells you he just redeemed his points in the My Vegas app. He explains that he should be able to get a comp inside room on select sailings using 22MVA1001. His second guest, Mary has an offer that she earned in Vegas, at an MGM casino, 23PLT3. He explains that she has a comp Oceanview. They would like to combine them for a comp Balcony. How do you respond to Kyle?

Rachel and her friend Elly call in with the same offer, 23LNS403. They would like to use them both and share a room. They chose a sailing that is available on their list, OA 01/09/24. The offers show they each get a comp balcony for two. They want to know if it’s possible to combine them, and what they would get by doing so. What do you tell them?

Jared calls in and tells you that he and his wife, Karen, have IRCs 2307C06 and 2307C04. They are looking to convert their NextCruise booking, the sailing that they requested is available on Jared’s list, but it is not available on Karen’s list. Jared’s offer shows he would get a comp OV for that sailing, and Karen’s offer does not have that sailing listed. Her offer does show she can use it as a $750 TIV and $250 of free play. They ask if they can combine their offers for an upgrade, and they insist that Karen gets to keep her free play. Does Karen get to keep her free play? What can you do for them?

Kim calls in and excitedly tells you that her and her best friend just got the same offer in the mail, 23SHC507. Each offer says they can get $200 Dollars off any sailing between 10/01/23 – 12/31/23. She wants to know if it would be applicable to HM 12/19/23 over Christmas. She also mentions that prior to calling you she saw online that the second guest would get 60% off their cost. She wants to know if you can use them for the same booking, and if they can still take advantage of the 60% off.

Jim is transferred to you from a different department. Prior to the transfer, the other agent mentions that Jim started the call by saying he earned an instant certificate while he was on his last sailing. Once you speak with Jim and get his C&A you see that Jim has 2307A06 in his offers. Jim tells you that his wife, Pam, also received an instant certificate on a separate sailing, 2307C03. Jim wants to know if they can use both of their offers on the same sailing.

Amber calls in and tells you her and her husband both received an IRC when they booked a NextCruise booking. She was given 2307C05 and he was given 2307C06. She explains that even though they have many sailings to pick from, they would prefer to use the TIV towards a sailing in the allowed time frame. She asks you if there is any way they can still get a comp room. Between the guests, they have $800 TIV credit, and $250 free play. You check the sailing she requested and see a cat 4v has an NRD CF of $750, and a casino comp CF of $550. Can you offer them a comp room, and do they get the free play?

You get a call from a guest named Tamara. She tells you that she has a specific sail date in mind, but none of her offers have the sailing on the list. She does have the offer 23LNS406 with $200 TIV, but the sailing it outside of the TIV date. While searching in her Crown and Anchor profile, you see her last sailing was within a year from her requested sail date, and her theo was over $100. Can you use her $200 TIV? What can you offer?

Tia comes through your line, and tells you that her and her husband, Tom have the offers 23VAR602 and 23VAR603. She mentions that she saw they can each book AL 11/21/23. One offer is for a comp JS and the other is for a comp Balcony. She mentions she would like to bring her two children as well. While going over her options, she asks if they can combine them for a GS that would hold all four of them. She also says it is more important for her family to pay as little as possible to get on board, so they have more to spend once they board the ship. Can you do it, and if so, how would that work?
