This Chapter starts with Jesus talking about the destruction of the Temple. We see Also, how Our Lord Jesus warns about false Christs, wars, famines, earthquakes and false prophets. However, He encourages endurance, stating the gospel will be preached worldwide before the end comes. Our Lord Jesus affirms that this generation will not pass away until all these things happen. We see How Our Lord Jeus describes his second coming, comparing it to lightning that shines from east to west and How Our Lord Jesus confirms that no one knows the day or hour of His return. We must be spiritually prepared, Live faithfully and to stay alert and prepared for His return.
