When I receive the pre-boarding document, what should I do?

• Check that the list of documents is complete

• Check that the list of documents is complete and check the content

• Check that the list of documents is complete, and let PPSC check if the quality of documents is ok

• Only inform the PPSC that the list of documents is complete

What do I do with the tasks in my inbox, if I am missing time?

• Act on it and submit them directly to help the process move forward

• Use the “Save for later” as much as I can

• Take the time to review them prior to submitting

• Mark them as read

What should you do if you Moved to Offer and missed Denied Party Screening

• You can force the DPS to avoid delaying the process

• You need to contact PPSC

• DPS will be done after the Offer

• You undo the move to offer and launch the DPS

If a PPG employee applies accidentally as an external what should I do

• Merge the record prior to offer

• Call the candidate and ask him/her to reapply

• This is not a problem, we can exceptionally keep it like that

• Go on with the application and ask PPSC to merge after hire

When can I extend a verbal offer?

• When Hiring manager tells me I can

• When full approval cycle is done in Workday

• When HR tells me I can

• When the DPS is done

Who should make changes to the business title?

• The PPSC

• The Hiring manager

• All of those

• The recruiter

When can I move a candidate to Ready for hire

• 3 days minimum prior to start date

• 2 days minimum prior to start date

• 5 days minimum prior to start date

• There is no impact about it if everything is following the process

• I ask the PPSC

• In the Preboarding requirements checklist

• In our trainings

• In our TA EMEA chat

If I freeze the req

• The time continues counting for SLAs

• I cannot view it anymore

• The req is not automatically unposted

• It must go through a reapproval process
