Matthew 13&14

Chapter 13: Lord Jesus Christ spoke with many things using the parables to teach us about the kingdom of heaven, which we practice daily in our church to strengthen our faith same as the “parable of the sower” hearing the word of God, understands it, and bear spiritual fruits some sixty, and some thirty.

Chapter 14: St. John the Baptist was a fearless preacher who told people to repent and obey God; he got martyred when facing King Herod with his inequity.  Then, the miracle of Lord Jesus feeding the multitude with five loaves and two fishes. He himself looked up to heaven, blessed, and gave thanks; He taught us to give thanks at our meals.  Lord Jesus walked upon the water to His disciples, He encouraged them against their fear.  God is always there stretching His hand to catch us.
