To create a one time PIN (temporary PIN) from telegence you must click on the option in the left bar "Create/Validate PIN>Create temporary PIN>SMS to active subscriber and then?

• Select the email and then click "OK"

• SMS then send email

• Select the phone # from the list "subscriber list" then ok
