JR Commitment Quiz 4

This chapter talks about 10 Ways to Be Compelled. There is a quote on the bottom of page 127,

"Great leaders don't just light fires under their people - they light fires _______ their people."

On page 129 there is a quote from Oprah Winfrey ...

On page 130 there is a list of questions.

1. What motivates you? 2. Why are you so highly motivated? 3. Have you always been so motivated? What was the initial motivation for you? 4. Does your commitment ever waver or wane? Why or why not? 5. How do you maintain your motivation in spite of obstacles, adversity, and failure? 6. How do you sustain your motivation over the long term? 7. How do you work with people who aren't as Committed or Compelled as you are?

Choose TWO of these questions and ask someone you know that is NOT ON OUR FOOTBALL TEAM. Ask them the two questions you chose and in your own words, write a short, paragraph answer to how they responded. (Include who it is that you interviewed.)
