Why do we take the TSIA?

• Help determine college readiness

• Go go from Alg 2 to Geometry

• You have to take it before the STAAR

• To get into Colleges

There are two parts to the test: ​ (a)   , and ​ (b)

• Science
• History
• Geography
• Art

The TSIA is ​ ​ (a)  

• Not Timed
• Timed
• Open Book

During the test you should NEVER_____

At the beginning of the test you should: ​ (a)  

• Be prepared
• Panic
• Stress
• Ask for help from your neighbor

If you don't meet the college readiness after the first ​ (a)   questions, then you will be provided with ​ (b)   additional questions to answer for the diagnostic.
