For example; In my first-year module I worked in diverse team of male, female and White, Black and Asian students on creating a wheelchair controller for a School of ETD academic with MS deteriorating fine motor neurons.  I was emphatic to academic need; the project resonated and gave me greater agency and urgency to solve to improve their personal independence.  As a team we identified that hand controller with minimal use of nerve endings would have minimal impact on cognitive function. I observed in the team we had breadth different hand sizes meeting societal extremes in the literature.  Therefore, together we could practically test the controller for inclusivity, the resultant controller was found to be inclusive.
