Trong PowerPoint 2016, tại tiêu đề đầu cuối của Slide muốn ngày tháng tự động cập nhật trên máy tính, thực hiện:

• Home Header & Footer-> Slide->Date and time-> Update automaticaly

• Insert Header & Footer-> Slide->Date and time-> Update automaticaly

• View-> Header & Footer-> Slide->Date and time-> Update automaticaly

• Design-> Header & Footer-> Slide-> Date and time-> Update automaticaly

Trong PowerPoint 2016, muốn thay đổi kiểu Table Styles của một bảng vào Slide thực hiện: Chọn bảng cần thay đổi kiểu Table Styles, chọn:

• Tab Table Design, chọn Table Styles

• Tab Table Layout, chọn Table Styles

• Tab Home, chọn Table Design, Table Styles

• Tab Home, Table Layout, Table Styles

Trong PowerPoint 2016, để bật/tắt thanh thước kẻ, thực hiện:

• Design-> Ruler

• Slide Show-> Set Up Show-> Browsed at a kiosk (full screen)-> OK

• Slide Show-> Set Up Show-> Browsed by an indvidual (window)-> OK

• Slide Show-> Set Up Show-> Presented by a speaker (full screen)-> OK

• View-> Set Up Show-> Browsed at a kiosk (full screen)-> OK
