Another opportunity to get wet is to see Niagara Falls from behind by choosing to tour the Cave of the Winds. Other visitors who are not afraid of heights choose to take the cable car ride across the river where you don't get wet at all.
Niagara Falls borders the United States and Canada, creating one of the most impressive natural wonders on the continent. The attraction was created by glaciers thousands of years ago, and is a source of hydroelectric power. It’s also very popular with tourists, in spite of the expense. Visitors can enjoy everything from riding a cable car across the Niagara River to viewing Niagara Falls from a cave behind the thundering falls.
