•Due process in the workplace means that employees have a right to be protected from the arbitrary use of managerial authority. It is  strongest defense of an employee’s right to due process on ethical concepts of respect and fairness.

Discipline and termination service (discharge) should be given for “JUST CAUSE,” meaning they should be relevant to job performance. Reason for termination (e.g misconduct at workplace, violation company policies)
