• Lateral epicondyle of the humerus - common extensor tendon

• Extensor Carpi Ulnaris

• Medial epicondyle of humerus - common flexor tendon and posterior boarder of middle 1/3 of the ulna

• Extensor Digitorum

• Anterior Ulna and interosseous membrane

• Flexor Digitorum Superficialis

• Common flexor tendon on the medial epicondyle of the humerus, coronoid process of the ulna, and radius - just lateral of to the bicipital tuberosity

• Flexor Digitorum Profundus

• Medial epicondyle of the humerus - flexor tendon

• Palmaris Longus

• Lateral epicondyle of the humerus - common extensor tendon

• Extensor Digitorum

• By four tendons, each to the base of the sides of the middle phalanges of the finger

• Palmaris Longus

• By four tendons, each to the base of the extensor mechanism and the base of the proximal phalanx of all four fingers

• Flexor Digitorum Profundus

• Traverse carpal ligament and palmar aponeurosis

• Flexor Digitorum Superficalis

• By four tendons, each to the base of the distal phalanx of digits 2-5
