How will homework be graded?

• On a point scale: 2 points for neat and complete, 1 point for not neat or incomplete, 0 points for missing

• HW does not count toward your grade at all.

• HW is graded based on how many questions you get right and wrong.

Why is it not acceptable to leave questions blank if you get stuck?
