What can be done to correct a MO in state 'Done'?

• Create an Unbuild order for the wrong MO
• Create inventory adjustment for the finished product to negate the quantity produced by that MO
• Create inventory adjustment for the each raw material to increase the quantity by the same amount used by the wrong MO

• Cancel and archive the MO without extra steps

What is the recommeded approach to setup a chain of MOs with the finished product of the previous MO is the input components of the subsequent MO

• Create separate product records for each and every finished products of those MOs
• Create BoM for each and every finished products with the raw materials components of the subsequent MO includes the finished goods of the previous MO in the chain
• Configure Inventory Routes for finished products to trigger "Make to Order' routes. This configuration will help the system automatically create the neccessary MOs to produce the components for the final MO.
