MYV Standard

Conducted by host entity (iGV side) for MYVs. Host entity is required to send a written information about the project to be adhered during RE.

📌Information included: OP Background, Schedule and Possible Changes, JD, Working Hours,  Attitudes and Behaviour, Rules and Regulation, Safety, Living Standards, Home & Host Contacts, Accommodations & Logistic Condition.

Space for OP and MYVs to discuss and align all the expectations and operation matters. 

📌First space: Personal goals, JDs, and way forward for any issues.

MYVs set personal goals that they want to achieve during their experience (RE Phase) with their MYV Manager (oGV side).

After the experience, the MYVs must go through a meeting with oGV side. Agenda would usually include:

• Reflecting on their personal goals

• Standards delivery (Post Experience Form)

• General feedback about their experience

• Other opportunities (GV, membership etc)

• Standard 3: Expectations Setting

The host entity has offered in written format on how to arrive on project location.

Before the MYV travels, any legal and logistical specifications of the host entity state must be communicated via email

All accommodations provided must comply with the Accommodation。

📌If MYV is able to come in from their own places of accommodation, this standard is automatically fulfilled.

Hosted by oGV for MYVs to know about AIESEC, MYV Standards and expectations towards Realisation to better prepare them for experience.

The Job Description executed by the MYV has to correspond with the Job Description they originally agreed on MYV agreement and has clearly stated individual responsibilities and goals.
