Priority for landing shall be given to, except:

• Aircraft as may be determined by the appropriate authority

• Training aircraft

• Hospital aircraft or aircraft carrying any sick or seriously injured persons requiring urgent medical attention

• Aircraft engaged in search and rescue operations

To avoid the occurrence Runway incursion, the controller should do, except;

• Immediately instruct aircraft/ vehicle/ obstacle which cause the runway incursion to get out of the runway as soon as possible

• Inform to aircraft and also TNJ APP the position of the obstacle that cause Runway incursion

• Instruct the taxiing aircraft to continue line up for departure

• Instruct the departure aircraft to canceled take- off

Responsibilty of control from tower to APP according document 4444 is when :

• Automatically after the aircraft taking off

• After the aircraft t/o and passing 2500 feet and clear with aerodrome traffic

• After the aircraft entering rwy in use at the time IMC, if it is not is issued by ATS authority
