To Start Salah, you raise your hands and say

• Bismillah (in the name of Allah)

• Alhamdulellah (praise be to Allah)

• Allahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest)

• La ilaha illa Allah ( No God but Allah)

in Ruku' you say

• سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ

in Sujood you say

• سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ

• سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى

• سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ

When you stand up after Ruku', you Say

• سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

• سَمِعَ الله لمن حمده

• سُبْحَانَ اللَّه الْعَظِيم

between the two Sujood, I sit on my knees and say

• رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي ، رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي

• الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ

• ربَّنا ولك الحمدُ
